To resolve the issue of the Certificate

Error we need to navigate to the

SECURITY/CERTIFICATES page as

shown here.

Notice we are on the Certificate

Endpoints tab which shows all of the

Endpoints in the UCM domain.

By clicking on the Radio button next to

our endpoint it will display the different

certificates applicable to this endpoint.

In this case we have :-

Default Certificate UCM

WEB SSL Web I/F

DTLS Phones

TLS SIP

By clicking on the “Web SSL” link we

are offered the options of creating or

assigning a certificate as none currently

exists.
