To backup or restore the Personal

Directory you need to have available a

Secure FTP (SFTP) server on the

network e.g. Cerberus.

To access the Personal Directory

backup got to TOOLS / BACKUP AND

RESTORE / PERSONAL

DIRECTORIES BACKUP AND

RESTORE.

The backup destination is added along

with the User ID and password and the

backup directory and filename.

To restore a Personal Directory is a two

stage process (Lower screenshot).

Firstly you move the file back from the

remote server using FTP (Shown) . This

makes it available but you must then

choose to restore either individual users

or all users.
