Reports are a method of extracting

Phone information from the system and

can be displayed as HTML as shown

here or as CSV information for export

and subsequent manipulation.

Access the Reports screen from the

PHONES / REPORTS menu option.

Add a name and description for the

report and then select the fields you

want and add any criteria for selection.

When you run the report you will see it

can be output for the screen or exported

as a CSV file.
