Once the user is initially created the

Role can now be assigned. This defines

the access the user will have to the

system.

There are a number of pre-defined roles

on the system covering the different

areas that a user may be allocated to

look after such as CS1000_Admin1 &

CS1000_Admin2. These are allocated

to the user to complete configuration.

Once the new user is created the first

time the account is used the system will

prompt for the Temporary password to

be changed before logging onto the

system.
