If you need to make a change or add a
feature to a number of sets this can be
done by selecting them using the tick
box as shown in the PHONE listing.
From the drop down menu select the
EDIT option which will move you to the
second screen shown. Here you can
select the field you wish to change
(Here we are adding Corporate
Directory access) using the ADD button.
You are prompted for the Old and New
values to be used for the edit. Note that
the * is used as a wild card for the Old
value here.
Several fields can be added as shown in
the lower screen shot. When you have
all of the edits required select the
FIELDs using the tick boxes on the left
of the list and then execute them using
the UPDATE PHONES button.
